This child is one of the most dangerous people in the world, although to ensure against general panic, his existance has not been made public. Until now. He has recently been surfacing all over the world, and it has been decided that he must be found and brought to justice for the attrocities he has committed. This site will provide viewers with enough information to be able to, hopefully, recognise this child on sight. It has been set up with this express purpose in mind. His name is Tim Moore, although we do not expect him to use this title except under the most dire of circumstances. He has many aliases, although the ones we have been able to determine he uses most frequently are peekay and n_e_thing. His residence is in Newcastle in New South Wales, Australia, only slightly out from the university in that city (at which, incidentally, he is enrolled although rarely attends) however he has not been seen near there of late. He has appeared most frequently in certain bars around Ireland and Scotland, although whether this is due to contacts of his being in these areas or because of a preference for the beers sold in these bars we are unsure of. It is hoped that readers of this page will realise that this boy is not to be taken lightly. He is armed, extremely dangerous, and very good at concealing himself amongst the general populous. For the sake of the world at large, we at ARSE-WIPE have set up this site so that the people of the world will know this villian should they come across him. However we cannot stress enough the danger this child poses. If you believe you have seen him, do not talk to him. In fact do not make contact with him in any way.
